How adorable are these!! Fun & Funky, love them! They were used for a bachlorette party... One of the guests attending the event wanted to bring along something special AND personalized (great idea, Shannon!)

Caramel Apple Cupcakes....
Who doesn't love a caramel apple.... Thought these were really cute and a good project for the kids... (decorate your own caramel apple). I did roll some in chopped pecans & chopped peanut butter cups... you could use mini M&M's, or any chopped candy. I used red cupcake liners for the cupcakes, frosted with buttercream (I did frost one in red; needed to see what it would look like), then drizzled with caramel and rolled some in the chopped pecans. I accented them with a green fondant leaf...

Ooh La La......take me to the spa!
I attended a dinner on Saturday night and wanted to bring along some cookies for the girls to enjoy.... Finally, I put my nail polish, lipstick & blow dryer cookie cutters to use. I had only used them once before and could not wait to use them again.... Each nail polish was personalized with the initial of the girls' first names... so cute!

Peanut Butter Cookie Cups!
I was on Cookies and Cups blog and bumped into these treats.... Please visit cookies and cups blog to view the recipe. http://cookiesandcups.blogspot.com/2010/08/peanut-butter-cookie-cups-white.html. They are 100% delicious and SO easy to make. I made some slight modifications... I used a Peanut Butter Cookie recipe I found on epicurious/gourmet.... http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Peanut-Butter-Cookies-105746. I baked them at 325 for 12 minutes. I also used a plain buttercream frosting... The White Chocolate Buttercream sounded delicious, but i had some buttercream already made... Not only do these taste great; they look "pretty" too! (warning: must LOVE peanut butter) ENJOY!
